History of The Pony Express Race

The Pony Express was a legendary company, founded in 1860, which would deliver mail from the Atlantic to the Pacific in 10 days. During its eighteen months of business, this company made such waves as a business disruptor that it is a well recognized business brand to this day. The Pony Express did the impossible and proved nay-sayers wrong. Advertisements looking for staff proclaimed the need for strong and wiry horseman who were not afraid to face death, with the final admonishing statement “Orphans Preferred!”
